With a rich nonprofit and charter school background, Brian McNamee has been a pivotal leader, guiding organizations through strategic planning, operational growth, and fiscal management. His extensive experience includes developing HR policies, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and leading capital improvement projects that have resulted in the successful purchase of commercial real estate.

Brian holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in International Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His credentials are further solidified by a Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Brian’s commitment to social and racial justice is reflected in his participation in professional development programs such as Seeding Disruption and the Art of Leadership.

A proud Pittsburgh native and DC resident since 2004, Brian and his husband and dog enjoy retreating to the Shenandoah Valley. When not immersed in consulting, they can embrace nature and engage in DIY home improvement projects at their cabin.
